We help busy households take back
their time for what matters most.
If we arrive at your home and someone in your household is showing signs of feeling unwell and we haven’t previously been notified, we will leave the residence right away and a cancellation charge will apply.
Our staff will arrive wearing PPE and will continue to wear for the duration of the clean.
We ask that if you are home during your clean, that you stay in a designated area. When we are ready to clean that area, we ask that you move to another designated area away from the staff.

There’s a lot of value in spending the extra time in your day with the ones you love, doing the things that fill your bucket – and knowing your cleaning to-do list has been taken care of.

Are you insured?
Yes.
All staff go through a criminal record check.
What if I need to cancel my cleaning Service?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for a cancellation. Cancellations occurring for any reason outside the 24-hour window will be charged a $75.00 non-refundable fee. No exceptions.
Lockouts are also considered as cancellations. If we cannot gain access to your property, we will make every effort to contact you and wait no longer than 15 minutes before leaving the residence.
In the event that we have to cancel your clean we will make every effort to work with your schedule and get you booked in again as soon as possible.
What areas do you service?
We service the greater Regina area.
Regina, White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Grand Coulee, Lumsden, Craven, Buena Vista and all areas in between.
When can I expect the cleaner(s) to arrive at my home?
We do not provide a guaranteed arrival time unless otherwise agreed upon.
Clients have the opportunity to book a morning or afternoon window. We will do our very best to accommodate your schedule.

We would be happy to work with you to create a custom plan tailored to your cleaning needs.
Who will be cleaning my space?
You will always receive information prior to your clean about your cleaner.
We will make every effort to provide as much consistency as possible. All staff are insured and undergo criminal record checks prior to employment.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be provided in situations where property was damaged.
What if I am unhappy with my cleaning service or have a complaint?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
We ask that you report any concerns within 48 hours. While we do not offer refunds on services that have been provided, we will return and re-clean any areas of concern as soon as possible.
If you do not allow us back to remedy the issue, you give up your right to a remedy.
Do I need to supply the cleaning supplies?
We ask that you supply your own toilet brush(s) but we will provide all other products, tools and equipment.
How can I pay for my service?
We accept several different forms of payment.
You can pay by e transfer, credit card, debit, cash or cheque.
